Can it really be only a week since the Open Call for British Designers at Liberty of London.
I really enjoyed the event, had lots of fun with my queue buddies and got to pitch my quilts to Ed (the MD) and Julie (head of the Liberty Christmas shop who suffered a bauble crisis). So thrilling to see all the lovely characters from the C4 Liberty show. http://www.channel4.com/programmes/liberty-of-london
Ed liked the bold orange and hot pink with purple tartan Harris Tweed quilt best!

Read MoreIt might have been rather rather wet and miserable last Sunday in Manchester, but The Lakes were experiencing glorious sunshine, which meant my wedding photographer friend; Jo Bradbury http://www.jobradbury.co.uk/ was able to take some delightful images of my new quilts. Thank you Jo.
These quilt pics are for my new website that is being created NOW!
Incidentally http://www.mymas.org/ are supporting me in the development of my new website and if you are a start up business in the NW, it is well worth getting in touch with them too.
I was particularly impressed when I found out how MAS had assisted the iconic Brit brand Norman Walsh trainers; http://www.walshcasual.com/ so if it’s good enough for Norman Walsh…..
Just received today from Mr Frank Fult at Made in Manchester nine new quilts. They need a wee bit of finishing, such as sewing on buttons, but I am so bowled over with the stitching and zinging colour combinations, that I just had to share some pics;
